Tools
Nemp comes with some other tools and features that are not directly related to playing music. These are:
- A web server that allows you to control the player from a browser
- Last.fm support ("scrobbling")
- A Happy-Birthday timer that can automatically play a birthday song at midnight
- A sleep timer that shuts down the computer after a while
- Support for the Logitech G15 display
- A tag cloud editor. This can be used to define synonymous or unwanted tags, which are automatically adjusted when entered or queried at last.fm
- For programmers: the Nemp API, a few command line parameters and a completely wacky Easter-Egg
